This covers all individual repairs that are not done as part of a Basic or Complete Service.

This would apply to fixing one particular problem with a marker or piece of equipment such as: sealing a leak, installing new parts, fine tuning or programming, repairing one part of a marker such as a regulator or valve, etc..

• $10.oo minimum charge for any hourly service
• $15.oo / 15 minutes
• $60.oo / 1 hour

Repair advice and consultations are free.
Prices go into effect once the repair work begins.

A Basic Marker Repair And Service will cover all the following:

• Repair minor leaks and performance problems with many markers.
• All parts will get fresh oil/grease as needed.  Including regulators.
• Regulators will be pressure tested if needed.
• Full external cleaning of marker if desired.
• Chronograph check, set to 275 - 285 FPS or other speed if desired.

This service is recommended in several cases; if a marker has been used extensively with no cleaning or maintenence, if a marker has one or more small leaks, if a marker is inconsistent or having problems shooting, etc...

PLEASE NOTE:

• With each repair you will get a 30 day warranty for problems relating to the original repair completed.
• O-rings are $.50 each with cost of repair (normally $1.00 ea.)
• Macroline is $2.00 per foot with cost of repair (normally $3.00 per foot)
• 9v Batteries are $3.50 with cost of repair (normally $5.00 ea.)

A Complete Marker Repair And Service will cover all the following as well as everything from the Basic Marker Service:

• Complete marker breakdown down to every component, if needed.
• All O-rings replaced and oiled/greased.
• Solenoid cleaning, rebuilds and repair (if possible).
• Electronics maintenence including soldering.
• Minor metal work including all machining, drilling, tapping and body repairs.
• Internal and external cleaning.
• Everything from the Basic Service (oil/grease, pressure tested, chrono, etc.)
  

This service is recommended if a marker has been sitting un-used for an extended period of time or if you have something major wrong with your marker;  if a marker isn't shooting at all, if it has major leaks anywhere that prevent normal operation, if your electronics aren't functioning properly, if there is damage to the body or frame, etc...

There are several markers and parts that fall under this category due to their more complicated nature and the need for special tools for (dis)assembly.  The list of markers, services performed and the prices associated with each are listed below:

Palmers Blazer 1K - 2K: $125.00
The closest thing to a 'Factory Rebuild' for the PPS Blazer.  This includes:

• Disassembling the marker to each individual part.
• Removing all the original O-rings and cleaning out the old oil and residue and putting new seals in.
• Re-polishing the barrel to bring back the original smooth surface shine.
• Reassembly, timing (if needed) and chronographing.
• New Dyna Valve $15 extra (if needed only).

Palmers Typhoon/Stroker/Hurricane: $150.00
The closest thing to a 'Factory Rebuild' for the PPS Typhoon and Typhoon based markers.  This includes:

• Disassembling the marker to each individual part. Including the valve, LPR and coupler assembly (Ram not removed as it is not rebuildable).
• Removing all the original O-rings and cleaning out the old oil and residue and putting new seals in.
• Re-polishing the barrel to bring back the original smooth surface shine.
• Reassembly, timing (if needed) and chronographing.
• New Dyna Valve $15 extra (if needed only).

Palmers Pumps: $50.00
The closest thing to a 'Factory Rebuild' for the PPS Brass Pumps and Pyre markers.  This includes:

• Disassembling the marker to each individual part. Including the valve, LPR and coupler assembly (coupler on brass markers only).
• Removing all the original O-rings and cleaning out the old oil and residue and putting new seals in.
• Re-polishing the barrel to bring back the original smooth surface shine.
• Reassembly, timing (if needed) and chronographing.
• New Dyna Valve $15 extra (if needed only).

These markers are very well built and hold up for a very long time between needing rebuilds. When one issue arises chances are more will follow which is why a complete rebuild is usually recommended for markers that haven't been serviced for a long time.

Complete rebuild on your High Pressure Air tank regulator.

Rebuilding a HPA regulator will take care of problems such as leaking, over pressurizing and blowing burst disks.

• New generation regs: $5.oo
  Ninja, Guerilla Air, Crossfire Stealth, Pure Energy 2010+, Dye Gen 3, etc...

• Old generation regs: $10.oo
  Original Crossfire, Original Pure Energy, Original Dye, MacDev, Adjustable Systems, etc... (if possible, certain regulators are non-servicable)
  

If your tank is out of hydro I can get it tested for you.  Testing usually takes 10 - 14 days depending on the testing center.  All my hydrotesting is done locally and not shipped out.

During the process of testing I can do regulator service and/or replace an old regulator with a new one provided.

This service is more geared towards the older style hoppers (Halo A/B, EvLution, Revvie, Ricochet, etc.) that are more difficult to take apart and work on.  All newer style hoppers supported as well (Prophecy and Z2, Rotor, V-Max, etc.)

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic problems: $10.oo

Items covered include, but are not limited to:

• Removing stripped screws
• Removing stripped parts (i.e. ram caps, bolt guides, etc.)
• Repairing stripped screw holes (if possible)
  
• Re-tapping holes to larger sizes
• Helicoil (if possible)
• Drilling and tapping new screw holes
• Repairing marker bodies, frames and parts (if possible)
• Soldering wiring / repairing broken wiring harnesses
• Repairing battery clips (if possible)
• Repairing / rebuilding solenoids (if possible)
• Repairing circuit boards (if possible)
